You can either choose 'Reset Password' or 'Retrieve Email'.
If you choose to reset your password you have to fill in your email. Cause my email has been changed it says the one I used to use is invalid.
If you choose retrieve email you gotta fill in your username and then something get sent to your email. Of course I'm unable to retrieve that cause the account's email has been changed.
I already sent in a ticket to costumer support, and I might just actually send them an email too.
