Pretty much. But look at who asks you for heals. Usually low-leveled people who can't even spell out the word "heal". I slap a small fee for those kinds of people. Or if they act rude enough, I'll say it costs 20s. (= no heals for you today!)
If someone asks for a buff or heal with more than a "buff"/"heal" or "buff plz"/"heal plz", then I don't "charge" them. :3 That's how it rolls...
