Ons On is a very small company. It doesn't even feel like a company, more like a group of guys getting together to make a game. Which I think it really is.

I asked him if it was a company, or what was OnsOnSoft?
He said it was a small place >.<;
I have problems with the fact that any Cash Shop items get fixed before anything, and not to mention faster...
but it's not like I quit playing the game because of that.
The game is fun, I pay to play, and I love the community.
I never said I was playing the game for the actual gameplay, which is why a lot of the GoR members quit, and moved to Cabal/Mabinogi.

So you've done programming before? Great! Now try developing an entire game then localizing a few hundred thousand lines of text in a different language for 5 different countries hoping that the other country understands you. Don't forget that the developer has to manage different content for each country.
