Yes, anyone can use the winning one!!!!! We stated that up front in the announcement thread. But, all the others are really cool also.
And OOPS Blaaaahs - your link not working is my fault!!!!!!!! I realized that the one hosted in the Mod section was still linked to my old photobucket account, so I deleted it from there and rehosted in on my new account. Didn't think about it not working for you if you had already used it. But, yeah - if you can rehost it, it would be appreciated.
