Yes, they do. Only on some items, and they did it at a low enough number that very few noticed.

Since I'm analyzing Outspark's marketing strategy (no particular reason), I wrote that down. And yes, the $9.36 is based on the new price that may go into effect April 1st. Should the price return to the default price when it first came out, it should cost $8.79 for an enhancement session after April 1st.
