I'll add some input on the item enhancing. For some reason word has got around that I'm brilliant at enhancing. I've actually had non guild members asking me to enhance items for them.

Do not ask people to enhance for you, you don't know who is honest and who isn't, a person could just claim that the item broke on the last part of the upgrade and run off with your item and stones.

On a side note, if you want a greater chance of getting high + items just used blessed and lucky stones normals stones are more or less guaranteed to fail now.
