Basically need to be training in the same places you trained your cleric. For level 21 I would try MT if you have a cleric. But, the mobs there are gonna be hard to kill for a level 21. You might do better to stick to kebings and lizardmen if FoM for awhile and try MT around level 25 or so. You could also try Burning Hill.
