Um, actually Blaaaaaaaah is correct. The skills shop lists two light-blue 'MagicDEF Increase' scrolls right next to each other. One is the actual def scroll (requires 0 skill exp) and the other is the magic def one (requires 100 skill exp).

YAY I knew it! I remember Sai asking me where the Shield Increase skill was.. and we were both confused because we couldn't find it.. but I wasn't so sure since my memory always fail me. Yay for tehfusion <3
