I donated and Entropy PM'd me that he is still working on it.
I have an orange name, and orange tag and I have the ability to change my title.
That's as of right now, as he works out how it will go he may have to set a given feature based on level of contribution or whatever, so yeah, if he takes a bit of it back from me so that it is granted on levels I'm still okay with that (I may have to change my donation level to get the features I want, but I'm okay with that also.)
