Well I meant more like - you know you can extend the bar to get up to five more slots, right? Just drag the right 'end' of the bar to show them. Sorry if you already know this.
Edit: Although, they have no hot-key - can only be used via right-clicking. So yeah, you probably just wanted the hot-keys.

Haha yeah, but I have a series of emotes and things on my shift bar, so might as well chuck the horse and scroll making in there as well. =) Not that I use those much anyway.
