but not everyone would know who submitted wat....

we were talking about the anonymity not kept from a few mods coz they may hv received a submission.... i dont think the mods will vote yes to suck up for e-popularity.... (righty might though.. hm... HAHAHA)

if that's a problem them maybe mods can submit and not vote...? (i think spirit said mods are considering not allowed to vote anyway so many that's not an issue)
