I think that as long as the name of the siggy maker is NOT shown and the name of the person who votes for each siggy IS shown then there should be no issue of rigged. No one can say the vote was just because someone was or was not a mod and everyone can see that there are X number of names for X numbers of votes so not vote count was inappropriately elevated.

I vote to let mods enter if it is handled as above but I want that clarified and confirmed before I click the tick.
