If it was 20 or 25 levels, a level 50 wouldn't get any exp from most FoS mobs, and quite a few AEW mobs. That isn't very fair, especially if someone at my level can solo there... =\
Eh, 20-25 might be good for non-partying, but if a party of 50s can AoE mobs 25+ levels higher, it's fine.
