The links update themselves whenever the GMs on the offical site update the events. However, I have found that they do not do it on a consistant basis. Also, they never seemed to correct the Apoline link, even though I PM'd them about it.
But, if they update their site, then at least my links are updated automatically.

Added the Epith server and corrected the links that were broke. 
Check out the times because the new events are listed.
