My first archer was a 1:1 Dex/Spr build I took up to lvl 24 and he did pretty well around.
My new build is, at the moment, level 26 and at 2:1 Str/Spr. I was going for damage, Str for base damage and Spr for crits. I went pure Str from levels 1-20 and then switched to Spr with my job change points and kept adding to it since. I gotta say though, I pretty much tore through everything like tissue paper going from 1-20 and, aside from an ill conceived experiment at first, the job change was a cakewalk too.
Now however I'm not sure if I want to keep it 2:1 or make it more Spr heavy than it is. Maybe 1:1 Str/Spr, I think Spr will only become more useful the higher I get.
