yeah well.. lives cant be replaced.. but these ppl are probably the person to earn bread and butter for a family, or a mother who's looking after children... some financial support would give a tragic family one less thing to worry about...

i only just saw ur ninja text... firing ppl and executing them wont realy do much... they should think about how to make the lives of families who are affected better...
