Only way to get them is from drop's(very rare) and mining(very rare), kqs(common kq reward) and chest's.

Dex is a waste for fighter's rather add to str, end or spr. Like the above post said just use an aim scroll and you'll rarely miss unless fighting red mobs 10+ levels higher than you.

You can't really compare cb to ob in terms of money as cb1 was easier...

1h definitely beats 2h in pvp damage wise. I was out damaging sasuke by quite a bit even with the shield. ...
