Yes, but you have more control over it if it is done through our e-mail accounts instead of in-game. Just like we have to key our e-mail address in to put money on our account and spend that money....

It says coupon, so maybe it is kinda like a grand opening thing. You can buy them in the CS for the first week for a discounted price, but you can onyl get them in game, they just cost more???...
