Id go 25 Spr rest str. I used to be full str wasnt so good cause i could still be easily killed. Plus crit higher means better damage so id go with what everyone is recomending.

If you dont find many purples then id say not +9 it but +6 it. Its easier and u dont waste to many miles. and if u find other better purples u can sell the purple +6 for a good price.
