Some guilds just randomly invite you out of nowhere if you seem to be high leveled enough and guildless...

its been 7 months since fiesta started and we've had ONE SMALL UPDATE to gameplay (which came with ALOT of bugs and HASSLES) not considering the cash...

Higher levels are always harder with the exp requirements and the fact half of the quests are bugged...

But its been around 25% of that 2 years atm...and looking at the current status with all the bugs bots, game play problems, i would find it a stretch...
