I hope the one coming this weekend is more than 10% exp increase like the one during the thanksgiving boost, but a server exp boost is still better than nothing. :)

Unless u want to pay real money to reset ur points when you're a higher lvl adn want to place them in other skills, u get 1...

I did MD kq whenever i had the chance, did my quests i saved in the lv4x by doing only the the repeated quests in the lv4x.
