Thanks for the response rokaraged, Yes I do wanna eventually PVP, so would you suggest fully reducing the cooldown on power hit? I also want to tank but not FULLY tank.

So I'm level 20 atm and I just got the new skills like Power Hit and I'm 2h Axe. Now Im wondering if I should still continue to save my points for later or use them now? My build is 25 End right now...
