I think it is for the new characters...all of my old characters dont have it but all the new characters do...i dont know how to change it but maby someone will let you know how too ^^

Im having trouble with getting on fiesta/outspark...i left my character in a store to sell stuff while i went and spent the night over at a friends..came back and got on but since it was on for a bit...
