i had some of those problems a few days before the announcement. Which is why i quitted=[. But maybe since a lot of people werent having problems before but now they are it'll be the opposite...

You should go with 25spr rest str.
25 spr adds 5% crit rate and + the crit rate from crossbows/bows, and cs items.
But dont put more then 25spr as it isnt worth it.
