Alright here's the 411, some dudes left me at CP2 so I figured why not solo for awhile?

I got it once to and just ended up NPCing it. It didn't seem to do anything.

Have you tried taking it to Skill Master Cyburn in Uruga yet?

I don't think I ever got one, but it says to take it to Skill Master Cyburn in Uruga.
Maybe it's a secret quest or something.

I'd at least try before I get rid of it. But that's just me.
