Monster Lists

The informative bit:

I created Monster Index, which contains several lists of monsters you may come across in different parts of the game. They are sorted according to level, with their HP beside them.

Some time ago I've also more or less completed the templates at FiestaWiki:Templates, which has a list of templates that classify all the monsters into these categories: type, grade, and location. These templates, when included on a monster page, will also put the pages into automatically these categories, but for these to work the pages must first exist.

The first of the above pages sufficiently provides a directory access to all the monsters, and the second divides them into groups for convenience. I don't think there is a need for an alphabetical list when you can use your browser's search function on the Index (why browse in that order in the first place...?)

A question:

These two pages, Monster Information and Monster Locations. They will be absorbed into individual monster pages and removed. Objections, any?

Sounds good to me.

Triumph 06-17-2008 07:39 PM

No objections. All clear.

Ralath 06-17-2008 09:54 PM

I do like all those pictures though. :)

Yup, quite arranged and articulate.

But "Forest of Tides Crab" and "Sand Beach Crab"? Never seen those before :err:

So like, if i need to find "Piggy Bats" and where it's located, it will bring me to the map with all the monster coordinations? (at the moment is just the normal game map with nothing in it)

(LOL@battlefield monster table, all the ???, that's when we wished they came up with a more unique name ay...)

Neither have I. But, Triumph once said they do exist.

One must make good use of the resources at hand.

Ideally, you search the Index for Piggy Bat, then click on the link, and be brought to a page on Piggy Bat. The locations Piggy Bats are found in are listed there, and you can click on them to be taken to the pages on those Maps, which will have Monster Location Maps.

...However, as one can see, there are so many monsters in the list... Something's going to happen to my index finger if I clicked that much to spawn so many articles.

So instead, you can search for all occurances of Piggy Bat in the page with all those templates. If it's in a template of a (Map Name) Monsters, you can find Piggy Bat in (Map Name). Then if you want to, you can click on the Map Name in the template title to go to the page on the map (...with or without a Monster Locations Map).

Forest of Tides Crab is level 9, with 614 HP.

Sand Beach Crab is also level 9, with 614 HP.

A few of you I know can confirm this. I believe this mobs are currently deactivated within Outspark's Fiesta.
