I don't know any official confirmations but blues have been dropping in the other battlegrounds so you may find one in there as well. Just have to see how your luck goes I guess.

I think....just think, it might be more likely to get a blue when your in that level range or even in the battle ground, just because your fighting higher level monsters that drop a good deal of good, high quaility stuff.

Hmm... I don't know but apparently there was someone in Epith who got a blue level 70 shield from the 20-29 Abyss. -sigh- I wish I had that kind of luck... then maybe Fiesta would appeal to me even more. :sigh:
