TK spawns >.< where

soo i've been in bonds of darkness and been trying to find tk but avail no luck
i was wonder where he spawns and how long in between each of his deaths do i have to wait in order to kill him

The only room that doesn't have TK is the middle room to the right when you go in. The respawn times are 4 hours.
