Very serious question
wth???:D
Does caffeine have a *flavor* ? This guy just walks into the coffee bar (sry for another coffee bar at work thread) pours himself a cup of decaf (which I also dont understand), takes one sip and says "AUGH! This isn't decaf!" and pours the cup out and storms off. I dun ever drink decaffeinated versions of anything that is usually caffeinated, and anything I drink that is decaffeinated has a vastly different flavor already (root beer, milk, sprite, etc...) |
I have had both kinds of coffee and i can slightly taste the difference but i never thought of caffeine having a flavor o.o
Though "in its natural form, caffeine tastes very bitter. But most caffeinated drinks have gone through enough processing to camouflage the bitter taste." |
hmmm
perhaps he was a "super taster" ...there is a They Might Be Giants song about them... uhm...so...in its natural form? Where does caffeine come from? Never seen a caffeine bush :) Or do you mean extracted and purified or something? -too tired to ask smart questions- /goes to get *another* regular cup of coffee |
I dont understand why people want a decaf coffee...
if u want something to wake u up, then no caffeine isnt gonna help.. if u want a healthier drink then have juice! as for caffeine hving a taste... i hv no idea... LOL! |
because people like the taste of coffee
I wouldn't know. still, even decaf has some caffeine in it, just a lot less |

People who only drink de-caf claim that they can taste a difference. I'm not sure I would be able to.
Non-dairy creamer are so that those that are lactose-intolerant can still enjoy life's simple pleasures of cream in their coffee. |

what I meant was...cream is a *dairy* product, so if its non-dairy, then wot is really inside? sorta like fat-free mayonnaise ;) I mean something that is intrinsically fat and eggs...how can it be fat free? And if it is, what are you actually eating? /scared |
