hey i was wondering, is it possible to get a beauty coupon without buying it from the fiesta online store? like mabye buying them off of other players?

No it's not possible to do that.
The Beauty Shop coupon is a self-bounding item only. It bounds to the account that bought the item over the cash shop.

There was once an event where the reward gave us a beauty coupon.. but that was ages ago. If you don't want to buy it from CS I guess you could only hope for an event that gives beauty coupon away again.. but, not sure if they'd do it again since they did it once already. ><"

Maybe next Vday. Seeing as there are already a lot of players that started after that quest and never got the chance to do it I think the chances of such a quest happening again aren't very small.
