cant use the t2 blue miles
 

Hi all, and thx for helping. When i clicked on T2 blue miles, it said "Descrease.................item has failed" in the box. Really dont know Y.:(, Used cash to buy and cant use ><.

Firstly, when you buy a cash shop item, it goes into a premium item bag (the 5th bag / far right in your character inventory). You can't use things that's in premium bag, it just sits there. You'll have to right click on the item and move it to your ordinary bag before you can use it.

Then, once it's in ur normal inventory bag, you have to split the stack of 10 up, into individual / single blue miles (use shift-click), then you put the single blue mile into the enhancement slot (one of the 3 slots below the roulette) with the Smith.

Blue Miles only prevents items from downgrading, Red Eyes prevent items from breaking, but neither of them garantees that the enhancing will succeed, so you can still fail.

Also, you cant use a blue mile on a +0 item, because you cant "downgrade" from 0, so you can only fit a blue mile for a weapon that is +1 or up.

I took out already

was your weapon a +0?

have you separated the miles into single miles?

did it just say fail, but didn't downgrade?
