Witch is better. Lucky or Blessed?

Not really sure..

But i THINK
Blessed has a better chance of suceeding
lucky has a chance of getting +2 if the refine suceeds.

Yea i'm thinking the same as Rok here, Lucky has gotten me +2 twice and blessed does work more.
