About this quest...
 

The "Bats in your bell something" from Guard Nus, does anyone know if this quest will still be available at level 59? And the rewards of it? Cause if it's worth waiting for, I might as well wait till 05.19 for the fix, rather than worry if I'll miss it out when I level...

It's a type of room, just spelled incorrectly.

I believe the quest is worth around 80k experience. I don't think you can get it at level 59.
