What should I put my skill stats on?

What have you guys done?

Should I put it on:

Slice and Dice

Bone Slicer

Fatal Slash

or whatever should I put it on my Fighter.

whatever you do, plan ahead and put at least 10 points into devestate. The Fighters uber-hax wtf skill.Effect time and cool-down I think, or was it power and SP consumption? Or was it all?

Also Mock cool-down full cd and maybe SP consumption if you plan on tanking anytime.

Power hit, full power and maybe SP and cd.
