Fame Question

I saw a thread in the forums concerning Whirl Wind skill for fighters. I got to looking into it and I was told that you could buy it with fame. Is there a list anywhere of what fame can buy you? I have a feeling that I might be missing out on skills because I didnt realize what fame points were all about.

Item Merchant Nina has the fame skills I think xD But you can get those through quests anyways, haha o-o;

You do not have to use your fame to get it. You should get a quest that is relatively easy to complete and get the skill.

All skills that you can get by using fame are also questable except the lvl 60 archer skill, which I understand, is bugged to not give you the skill at the end of the quest.
