Guild Banner?

I know this is a noobie question but that is why it is in this section. How do you make your own guild banner? Much Thanks and appreciated. And how might i change the "saying" below my name from slime to anything else.

I think you have to design your own, not sure on that though.

It changes to a different mob every 5 posts you make outside of Mountain of Spam or private guild forums.

You can type your own tag when you either reach 1000 posts and become a Premium User or you make a donation to help support the forums and you become a Supporter User.
