GFX help

I've recently made a new avatar (see <----)
but the problem is, I actually wanted to make it look like v

But, if I do make it like ^, it comes out too blurry. Anyone know how to fix that?

Kk - well, I have no clue, but, i like the scrolling one better than the other one.
