Just copy then paste the url o:

Like you would a link.

Copy the URL of the video you want to post. Then in you r mressage box, click on the icon that looks like a world with a paperclip at the bottom of it (it is the Insert Link icon).
Paste your URL in there.

I had problems at first also, so let me know if this helps you. :)
