Mutant Ratman Broadsword

Has anyone else stumbled upon this?
I got one yesterday and Im not sure but Im assuming its rare?
Str +9, End +4, Dex+1, then all the natural stats for a broadsword.
And also how much would it go for?

Pretty rare

The gm events have pretty much BUTCHERED the economy So i personally have no idea..

They are fun...but they do destory the economy. Oh well. Its just Cb2
