I know that Clerics get this skill at 20 but where? I can't find it at the 2nd job skill seller

The female Item Merchant in Elderine. Don't bother wasting your fame on it as you can obtain the skill scroll through a quest.

You can either buy it for 400 fame or do the Clerics new Power quest given by the paladin master.

i think it's one of the skills you do a quest for (starts at the skill seller in elderine) because4 i saw it at the shop that you purchase skills with fame from. i think the name of the quest for my archer was archer's new power, might be the same for cleric, don't know but go to the skill seller and start the quest. it'll be the one that has you kill smart phinos and something else. then you go to the npc in forest of mist in the corner by boogies. it ends after that npc sends you back to your skill seller and completing the quest there he gives you the skill
