Odd enough I think you have a better chance of getting a T3 Vit scroll recipe.

Ya. I have a strong suspicion that the t2 recipes are common in the 3x BG but nobody really levels there.

dont know if its still there, but i saw T2 vita production scroll selling around storage in eld earlier today before i went merchant
