I don't know about the red winged one though.

The soul one is level 60... and 50% resistance to poison, curse, and illness. o__. Wow.

In the Japanese Wiki it's apparently dropped by: Sr. Torturer, Weakened Ogre, Karasian Soldier and Lizardmen.

The Uruga ones are 45/30/30.
