PM Management
 

I know there are others who, like me, save PM's for whatever reason. Mine is coz I forget what someone sent me or told me and I have to go back to check myself again and again. Whatever the reason you may have several messages sitting in the in-box and you just hunt through till you find what you remember you got a couple of months back.

Well, I was bothered that the in-box was cluttered and I had to go page to page to page in my search and complained to Spirit that I'm suppose to be able to move these to folders but I can't. Oops! (here comes my blonde moment (kk, who didn't see that coming?)) Yes I can!

I was expecting to see the folder I made in the drop down where it reads "Move to Folder" (see image below), when actually, I have to simply click the [GO] button to get to the folder selection.

Here are step-by-step images for anyone else with pro blonde moments like me:


Click on "EDIT FOLDERS" in the left-hand side-bar:


name your folder whatever makes you hap hap happy:


Now that you have a new folder go to the in-box and select messages to move (notice you can check them one-by-one or you can check that box at the top to select all at once).

After you have them selected the box at the bottom reads "Move to folder . . ." by default so just click on the [GO] button:


That takes you to the list of folders you have created and you open the drop-down menu and hightlight the appropriate folder and click the button that says [Move Items] (you don't see that button in the image coz it's under the drop down menu, but it's there) :

Ta-da! Now my in-box is empty and I can find messages based on who there are from or what subject they pertain to! Now I iz hap hap happy!

OMG i never knew that! and i'm not blonde! XD thx for that loki!!

Oh.. is there no way to move Sent msg to the folders too..?

I have quite a few folders myself... x-x

I used to keep PM's. Then I stopped a few days ago. Cleaned it all out. Except for the PM's I received that day. I'm gonna go look and see how many PM's it was that I got...

Well, I had over 100. Then deleted a lot of them. Now I have 50! All from one person. That was a fun time D: -flashback-
