Get 300s and go to the Guild Master and Create a Guild.

I thought that at one ponit in time there was a level minimum that you had to be. But, never had to buy a guild until I was in my level 50s and ours was glitched, so not sure what it is. :D

You need to be a minimum of lvl 20,
