Mining

Is it worth it to buy the pickaxe from the skill lady?

Ivramire 03-17-2008 02:28 AM

it is if you actually want to mine....

Yosei 03-17-2008 02:30 AM

Yeah I suggest you buy it ;p you will need it.

NotMyWay 03-17-2008 02:37 AM

U will need it for gold hill kq, which requires u to mine to find a hidden key. also, u can regain ur losses by selling the ores u have mined, or using them in ur stone production.

Hessah 03-17-2008 02:54 AM

I think there're quest that requires you to mine copper ores....

Yeah i think everyone has a pick axe and the mining skill... later on in the game u'll realise that it's not actually that expensive...

Morpheen 03-17-2008 04:06 AM

why is stone production good

Hessah 03-17-2008 04:08 AM

Stones are used for enhancement.... and u often get a lot of dust from normal grinding so it'll be good to make use of the materials you've collected...

but i think the best profit making production skill is Scrolls.

You will also want it later when you do Mini-dragon KQ's so you can mine at the end.

And stone production is optional - you can choose 2 production skills per character and some people choose stones. If you choose stones you will need ores for the Lix & Xir.

Is enchanting a good way to earn cash?

Lady-Loki 03-17-2008 04:37 AM

It's Okay, slow but okay. I have been working my way up since Open Beta launch and I just recently graduated to making T3 Lix.

I can sell T2 Xir for roughly 12s each. I am stockpiling my T3 stones at this time so I don't yet know what the economy will allow on the sell of those.
