You have obviously been banned. You must have done something that broke ToS. You can read over this and maybe you can figure out what you did. If you are absolutely sure you did not do anything, PM a GM, I suggest Silkypico. Ask him calmly and give him a full explanation. Hopefully this helps.

okay, i checked. I did nothing against the ToS, i did not buy any silver, im level 44 :(

PM a CSR on the official site.

I don't think a thread on official is as effective as a PM to a GM with what details you have. There is always so much MoS type activity on the officials that new threads get moved to page 3, 4 or beyond rather quickly.

I agree with Loki. Posting threads on the officials is kind of useless. You're like a number on there. Since its the weekend, I suggest Silkypico, to quote him, hes the "weekend warrior".
