6. All issues are talked diplomatically before a war.

BR is almost full again we got 33 ppl in it now

Yes they did Hyper, a few months ago there was a ton
of drama and a LOT of the original BR members left to constellation
and uhm cant mem ber then other guilds. But Falc is doing a GREAT job
of running things and things are going good.
