Anyone else notice these carriages in elderine that came out of nowhere?

Which carriages and I wanted to pvp today.

woah it is? there was a gm in there yestarday so there were more people there. maybe they're making a change to the system and just took it out temporarily. also you guys were right, as of right now i can't kill anybody with my archer besides an unsuspecting mage or another archer, or a low level.

i was gonna fight my friend and now i can't =(

I wonder why they did that? I only went into the PVP area once where I killed a Cleric after he attacked me. He was like lvl 10, im lvl 20...he loses XD

Why would they often a tour of the free battle zone when it has already been offered free acess to the public?...

It depends on the level. One was in elderine for like level 20-30.
