should i spam every skill?

erm... that depends on how fast you want to use up your SP and what you're fighting...

r u talking about solo or partying?

Of course, u should not spam buff skills, since they last for an hour. As for the other skills, if u are soloing then u may want to spam bash to train faster. For bleed/trip, they use up quite a lot of SP but dont do much damage relative to the SP use. Thus, i dont see a need to spam them, but what i used to do is to chain cast trip with bash, i.e. if trip happens to be ready immediately after bash then i would cast it. Of course if ur really rich u can spam them. However take note that if u are in a large party, especially with people higher leveled than u, there isnt really much point in spending SP on attacking skills, since they will probably outdamage u and maybe even aoe, and ur damage probably wont make much difference. It will only mean that u need to restock on ur SP stones more often.

For restore, there is no need to spam because it lasts longer than its cooldown. In a party, the tanker should be taking all the damage, so its usually possible to concentrate on the tanker, but in the event someone somehow steals the aggro, u can use restore on him to regain the lost HP so that u can go back to concentrating on the tanker. (assuming that the tanker immediately kicks the monster so that the DD only gets hit once) But i wouldnt exactly say spam.

For rejuvenate, i guess u just use it whenever u find that spamming heal is not enough to keep the tanker's HP up? Beware the cast time though. 1 tip is to use it immediately after heal. Alternatively, if multiple people get hit, another thing u can do is heal one and rejuvenate another. I dont see a need to spam unless ur tankers HP goes down THAT fast.
