Build/Weapon Help
 

Alright, well I just reached level 20, but I'm holding off on doing the advancement quest because I'm still not sure what weapon I should use.

As for the build, I'm going for 25 SPR for the crit, but what should I focus my points into afterwards if I plan on soloing?

I'd appreciate any help. =D

If you solo, I recommend Axe. I fell in love with axe after going 1H Sword + Shield... (2H sword is out of the question since it doesnt do max dmg, and it doesnt give you defence.. sort of like a lose lose situation IMO).

Axe does so much more dmg, and even more with power hit (I recommend empowering the dmg of the skill). Imagine a power hit critting! that would be more than half the life of a yellow mob.

I think after the 25 SPR, you can either go END, or STR. Since you're not using a shield, the block rate from END wouldnt benefit you, but at the same time it could make up for the defence that you dont have from a shield.... i guess it depends what you feel like you're lacking... personally i dont think free stat does much LOL

I have a fighter friend who tested a 1H + Shield and axe... he managed to kill the yellow mobs with more HP left at the end with an axe, than a shield. Eventhough shield provides you with defence, the 1H Sword does very little dmg... so you'll kill faster with an axe...

(Though I still keep a sword + shield in my inventory in case I have to tank in KQ... but just a cheapy one will do XD)

This is true. Use an Axe with the 1:2 STR:SPR build. Works out fantastic for soloing and the occasional / weaker tanking! However, if you find your defence is too low, then raise END till you're satisfied. (just don't over-do it).

End (free stats) = Useless :D

If u wanna solo and u will use an axe either go full str (with no spr) or 25spr rest str. Any other fighter build that is not used for tanking IS USELESS.

But than again u get people like me or Seva and a few others who will say any other build EXCEPT pure str or hybrid spr/str is useless even if u plan on tanking :D. WHO NEED END when u can have over 1.2k defence being full str ^^. Also the effect u get from STATED ARMOR is better than the effect u get from free stat end, while that holds the other way around for str. FREE stat str are definetely worth if and are much more visible than STR from items ^^.

What you gotta do...

• Get +25 SPR and rest STR or all STR - I recommend the +25 SPR though.
• Make a good amount of spending money (45s+). Click here for great tips!
• Buy Vitality, Demoralizing Hit, Power Hit, and Mock (all of those are skills).
• Buy a powerful Axe.
• Buy armour that gives high-quality bonuses and buy high-quality +END / +HP Earrings and Necklaces. The high-quality +END / +HP earrings & necklaces allow you to be a pretty darn good tanker. This is because you obviously loose END when you don't use Stat Points on it, BUT you also loose HP by not raising END. Don't worry, the earrings & necklaces make up for that!
• Then go be a great DD Fighter!

yeah starleona is right for soloing and your using 2h axe end is useless, put the rest of your points into strength if youve already filled up spr.

i have a question is haveing 30 strength and 30 sirit good for tanking since u have good magic def from the spirit and god def and ur holding an axe
